1,000 Visitors!

On June 18, 2011, I got to 1,000 visitors on my blog! It is amazing because I have had visitors from all  around the world. For example, I have blogging friends from right here in my hometown all the way to Australia! When I got up, and looked at my clustr maps gadget I had to refresh the page to believe what I was seeing.

It is crazy that this is my 22nd post! I remember when I got 50 comments on my welcome post! That was amazing! My point is that if you try hard you will succeed (like me getting 1,000 visitors). I hope that everyone who has read this post learned a lesson from it.

Do you have over 1,000 visitors on your blog?

If so, what is the exact number of visitors?

Amazing! 200 comments!

On Wednesday, June 1, I got to 200 comments on my blog because of my comment! Me and my dad were commenting, and after each of us left two comments on my blog in about fifteen minutes I was at 200. I think there have been over fifty people who have ever commented on my blog. Thanks to all of you. I couldn't of done it without you!
I couldn't figure out how to take a screen shot on my computer, so here is my comment rewritten:
@ Dad,
I think you should get a blog mascot for your blog. Also, I do not even remember who the Greggalopes are, so how would I remember where we saw them play? Who were they? Where did we see them play?
From,
Jaden

Apparently, a Greggalope is an animal that my parents made up when we were at Animal Kingdom, Disney World, Florida, U.S.A. They did not know what an animal that looks like an antelope was called when I asked, so they called it a Greggalope.
Do you like my comment?
How do you like my blog?
Did you know what Greggalopes were before this post?

NBA Polls

Since summer is starting, and the Mavericks won the NBA Finals, I thought I would see who you like in three different categories. The first category is your favorite current NBA player. Next, is your favorite all-time NBA player. Last, is your favorite NBA team.

Here is the poll about your favorite current player:

Next, the favorite all-time player:

Last, but not least, favorite NBA team:

Did you watch the NBA Finals?
Who were you rooting for?

Clustr Maps

I think I should teach about something that is located on my sidebar. My sidebar is located on the right of my blog. It is filled with interesting gadgets. One of the many gadgets is Clustr Maps. On Clustr Maps you can find very useful things. One of the things you can find is what countries have visited your blog. The following countries are the ones that have visited my blog: United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, India, Indonesia, France, Malaysia, Ireland, Chile, Germany, Poland, Singapore, Kenya, Brunei Darussalam, Slovinia, Czech Republic, Taiwan, Argentina and Thailand. If the same computer checks in two times in twenty-four hours, it only counts as one visitor. On Clustr Maps, they use dots to keep track of visitors. The smallest red dot means that you have one to nine visits in that place. The biggest red dot means that you have 1,000+ visitors in that spot. If a place has a yellow dot then it means that the visit you are looking at is recent. In my opinion, every blog should have Clustr Maps.
Do you have Clustr Maps?
After reading this post, are you going to get Clustr Maps?

Happy Birthday, Mrs. Yollis!

Tomorrow is June 11, 2011. That is Mrs. Yollis' birthday! This is not just like any regular post or birthday. It is a happy birthday post and it is an extraordinary teacher's birthday. Mrs. Yollis, I remember that my friend Dylan and his mom were telling me how you were an amazing teacher. They were definitely right! In fact, I think that if I made a poll right now if they were right or wrong there would be one-hundred votes and 100% of them would be right.

I wish I could be at school today to celebrate it with you. Sadly, I am sick. I hope that you have a great birthday!

Here is what my mom has to say:
Mrs. Yollis, Happy Birthday! We hope you have a fabulous birthday. We are so fortunate to have had you for a teacher. You are a beautiful person inside and out and an extraordinary teacher. Enjoy your special day!

Have you ever had a blogging birthday?
When is your birthday? (Mine is on August 15)

I'm a Black Belt!

Today I am going to be telling you about my black belt test which happened on June 4, 2011. I stopped going to a karate place that I had went to for four years, and went to a new karate/MMA place that my favorite sensei opened up. His name is Sensei Trever. Since a lot of students followed Sensei Trever to his new  MMA place, and were really close to getting a black belt in Shotokan karate at our previous karate place, he trained us for about five months, and we tested for our Shotokan black belts. Sensei Trever put together an amazing panel.
The panel was: Dave Hebler (10th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate and Elvis Presley's bodyguard), Shaun Hester (3rd Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate), Peter Cunningham (7 Time World Champion Kickboxer and Movie Star), Leandor Manabe (3rd Degree Black Belt in Chou Lay Fut Kung Fu), James Gavsie (2nd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and my sensei's business partner), Fred Mergen (4th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate), Eric Valente (2nd Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate), Steve Holden (5th Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and my sensei's teacher), and last, and best, Trever Sherman (5th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate and my trainer).
I tested with my friends Brandon, Alyssa, Maya, Diego, Harlow, Tabitha, Jennifer, Natalie, Ian, and Juliette. Before the test, Steve Holden was setting up where the panel was going to sit. He brought out a big dummy that probably weighs as much as me. Then, he threw it at me. I caught it, but it knocked me over. About twenty minutes later, he was walking around and said "you know what I like to do before a test?". Then, he took my friend Brandon down. A few minutes later, he did it again.
The test was great! We did Punches, Kicks, Katas, Sparring, and Self Defense Moves. I got a huge certificate, a signed picture of Elvis Presley and his bodyguard doing karate, a signed picture of Peter Cunningham and Christian Bale from the movie, The Fighter, and of course, my black belt.
Thank you to everyone on the panel, my parents, the rest of my family, and mostly Sensei Trever! I couldn't of done it without you!
Here is a picture of my black Belt:
